Alpine Refrigeration Inc. was founded in 2001 by Raymond and Stephen, with Megan, as a veteran-owned and veteran-operated family business based in West Sand Lake, New York. Raymond served in the military, and Stephen worked in the family business. Raymond and Stephen each bring decades of hands-on expertise to the company, having worked in the refrigeration trade since 1986, giving them a combined total of more than 80 years of field
experience.
As an authorized service representative for all major brands, Alpine provides expert installation, repair, and maintenance for commercial refrigeration, ice machines, medical equipment, and scientific equipment. Megan and Aksinya manage the office, ensuring responsive communication and smooth coordination, while the entire team upholds the company’s commitment to courtesy, professionalism, and integrity.

Raymond Masse Jr
Raymond is one of the owners of Alpine, with over 40 years of experience to offer. He is a veteran, having served in the Air Force working on F-111 aircraft.
Stephen Masse
Stephen is one of the owners of Alpine, with over 40 years of experience to offer as well. Stephen takes great pride in his work and loves what he does.
Megan Remington
Megan has been working at Alpine for 25 years. Became one of the owners in 2015. She is the hub of Alpine and is training Aksinya to follow in her footsteps. Aksinya and Megan work together to manage the service calls from answering phones, ordering parts, sending quotes, and managing the technicians’ schedule.
Aksinya Masse
Aksinya has been at Alpine since 2017, full-time since 2021. She works with Megan to manage the hub of Alpine. She answers calls, receives parts, manages deliveries, among many other tasks. She looks forward to helping everyone get their equipment up and running. Proud and dedicated team member of a family-owned business. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time in nature, and hanging out with her cats.
